Anyway, let’s take a closer look at the website.

Its homepage is looking pretty modern and trustworthy. Here, you can find all information that you would be interested in as a website guest. The tabs at the top of the screen will help you to get familiar with the Essay Pro team of writers, list of services, the process of making the order, customers’ testimonials, and more. The writers are presented accordingly to their ratings. You can also filter them by the subject, the percentage of finished orders, or the number of all orders.

My experience

If we take a look at the refund policies, a full refund is provided only in certain cases like the absence of the writer who can complete the task, accidental double-ordering, late delivery of the task, etc. Even if you cancel your order after the writer started writing your paper, you would not receive your money back due to EssayPro desire to compensate their writers. Hence, I can conclude that company policies are more writer-oriented than customer-oriented. Keep that in mind if you are thinking of ordering your homework here.

Finally, let’s see what other people are saying about Essay Pro. It has a quite high rating on TrustPilot and SiteJabber, 4,7 and 4,77 respectively but we would like to dig deeper and see whether there are any customers’ issues with this service.
